Refund policy
We take care to describe and photograph each UGAM product as accurately as possible.
At this stage, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with the order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags, if applicable.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will guide the customer through the next steps for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, Bandhani dots, Leheriya lines, or handmade detailing may occur due to the nature of handcrafted textiles and screen/display differences. These are not treated as defects.
Products bought on sale, custom requests, or specially reserved pieces may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
